I don't seem to get the proscription of only these two Bandit groups (Yan Bindiga and Yan Ta’adda group)

Are all the banditry groups carrying out atrocities in Nigeria's sovereign space categorized under these two groups?

What happens to other Bandit groups that do not belong to the Yan Bindiga and Yan Ta’adda groups? will they be giving a pass?

Why not proscribe all form of banditry groups and their various activities as terrorism there by official tagging them as terrorists by executive action via the courts and legislative action from the National Assembly.

Why single out only these two group?

The court proscribed the activities of the group as well as other similar groups in any part of Nigeria, “either in groups or as individuals by whatever names they are called”.

Inorder to declare a group or an individual a terrorist, the federal government has to file an expate motion before a federal high court judge in his/her chamber to declare it a terrorist organization before such group or individual will be declared a terrorist organization.
