So Buhari and Malami knew States Judicial Panels cannot probe the activities of army, police and other paramilitary agencies, but directed them to inaugurate the panels to probe the endsars protests and lekki "massacre" and also directed the army and police to attend the panel?

Keyamo then had to wait for the report to come out before having an epiphany that it's illegal for state judicial panels to investigated army, police and other paramilitary agencies.

The panel was instituted, not with the aim of prosecution, but with the aim of unravelling the truths,to heal wounds, and to pay compensation for victims, and to ensure such situations do not repeat itself.

We all want a better Nigeria, but justice, fairness and equity goes both ways.

The report is filled with inconsistencies, as Kemi the journalist, and quite a number of Lagosians have pointed out...whoever inserted the reports with falsehood needs to be named and shamed, and prosecuted for lying under oath.

When there was clamor for a panel of enquiry it was the same Federal Government that said it lacked powers to set up panels of enquiry, that only states can do so unless it's about the FCT.

Now they are using Keyamo to fly a kite so Lagos state will have an excuse not to release the white paper.
