First thing is that she must ask herself why is she shy to talk?

She herself must identify the problem within her.

well my dear. if you talk to her, please tell her this. No matter how beautiful or ugly she is, no matter how smart or silly she is, no matter how perfect or imperfect she is, no matter how funny or not funny she is, every single person on this earth are bound to be mocked and praised, like and dislike, ditch and accept. The fact is they are people whom will love us and they are people whom will hate us. We cannot please every single individual on this earth and theres no way we could please them. So just try and appreciate herself for the way she is as God loves her just the way she is. Tell her to do things that makes her happy and hang out with those whom appreciates her for the way she is and ignore those that upsets her. Please tell her that
