A Quick Reminder

On 28th Day of November 2019, exactly two years ago.

Imo State Government led by Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha CON, approved the reconstruction/rehabilitation of the following roads.

1. Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Warehouse Junction-Umezuruike Hospital-Emmanuel College Roundabout with a spur to Edede/Royce Road Junction and Emmanuel College layout. * 7.54 Kilometers

2. Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of West End-Old Nekede Road-Zoo-Ihiagwa. *7.54 kilometers

3. Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Onitsha-Orlu Road, Egbeada Bypass. *2.8 Kilometers.

4. Reconstruction/Dualization of 1.25 kilometers(2.5km) end-to-end of Sam Mbakwe Airport Road totaling 5 Kilometers.

5. Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Ulakwo-Umuaro Nguru Umuneke *9.4 Kilometers

6. Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Ohii Junction(Orlu Road)-Orogwe (Onitsha Road) *4.2 Kilometers

Two years is more than enough to complete these roads but unfortunately, apart from number 3 and 4 which had gotten to an advanced level before January 14 judgement, the rest of the road have been abandoned by Hope Uzodinma’s regime.

These road have turned to glorified hell for the road users and it is as if there is no government in Imo.

God will restore all that Imo has lost
