Hope you are aware people still live in Niger state, yes there are security concerns in some parts of Niger, but let your decision not be money based. Even your state there are security issues, just be deliberate in your choices. With the security issue in Maiduguri, it will shock you that families still relocate there to settle, so it all boils down to God watching and protecting a man, as you too make Informed choices. Not 10k difference type of choice.

To get a standard selfcon in Shiroro Rd area is 100,000plus, especially if you wanna be where the light is not rationed.. Other areas is 5hrs morning(9am-2pm),5hrs evening(9pm-2am).. To get cheap houses na unless wanna live in lungu.. 18k for one year. Na NGO still carry me come here, they told us that accommodation is Very cheap. Take your time and Decide well..
