Despite all the videos from many victims and their families, even in the face of DW news Fanny Facsar's eye witness report, despite DJ's switch's live stream, some paid and unpaid "oloriburukus" are still trying to play the devil's advocate for the same government that has practically ruined their lives in one aspect or the other -- this is beyond Stockholm syndrome -- this is a death wish. Despite all the inconsistencies from the governor, the army and the police . . . BTW, are Nigerian police or army new to taking away bodies? See Kalakuta Republic, 1977 (they took away people, maimed, killed, set the place on fire, denied it, banned news outlets from reporting it {Punch did and paid for it}, set up panels, brought same white paper of lies, blamed unknown soldiers, etc.), and many other examples. Why clean up the crime scene? Why turn back ambulances who sought to reach the site to provide help to victims? Live bullet and blank ones belonging to the Nigerian military were retrieved despite their shabby clean up job. Evidences: check Eye witnesses: check Video evidences: check Media report: check And some dumb m'fxckers are now telling us Lai Mohammed, is no longer a liar, Sanwo-Olu who admitted 2 dead bodies initially, now says no body . . . and these oiks (paid or unpaid) now believe or are trying to sell this dumb sh!t? Y'all would get yours someday -- no be Naija again? Las, Las, una all go chop breakfast. 2 Likes 1 Share |

This man is a complete madman......his not fit to be a SAN.....a SAN that does not know without evidence the Law cant take place.....you claim there were killings and no one has cried or come out to say their ward is missing.......now you are saying government cannot tamper with the evidence report......but your cult group can tamper with it 1st the person who leaked the report on social media should be arrested....2nd you have names on it that the person is alive and you say there were killings....that shows no due process was applied to it See if you tell me people were injured and want compensation I agree, If you say people that police brutalized want compensation I will agree But what I will not accept is people died that night Rinu, Falz and Debo are bunch of PDP pigs, who are trying every possibility to be relevant in society FALANA should better respect those grey hair on his head Zombies on Nairaland think before you reason.....I agree with you that government is not functioning well but atleast they have done better than PDP through out their 16years.....all they did was sell properties and steal money .....no infrastructure...... When Buhari leaves even the next person will suffer Be wise |

989900: They will all eat the breakfast full of poison. Awon wereh oloribuku. Nay the fate of those who lost their lives during end sars befall the families of those who are in support of the lie that nobody died at the toll gate. Indeed there was a massacre if you combine the numbers of people who were actually killed in different locations. 2 Likes |

The point is still flying way over your head. He has not said that whitepapers should not be implemented rather his point is that the formulation/content of a whitepaper should not differ from the decision or recommendations of a panel which the white paper is meant to convey in the first instance. It should not be used as a tool to discredit the decisions of a panel otherwise he is reminding all that the white paper is not a legal instrument contemplated by the law. OderaOdesigo: 2 Likes |

cafolu: How do you want to implement decision or recommendations of a panel whose conclusions were drawn from inconsistencies, false narratives and mere social media gossips . How do you implement recommendations from a panel who indicted it self of the following? The panel report cannot withstand legal challenges

Toks2008: Keep deceiving yourself. The white paper is a charade but the report that listed people that are alive and healthy among the dead should be accepted, abi? The report that listed names of people without known home addresses and relatives should be accepted, abi? It will not be well with the enemies of the country that are misguiding your feeble minds and those that live on financial grants by causing problems where there are none. |

Implementing it or not is another kettle of fish. All Falana said is that the findings of the panel cannot and should not be arbitrarily challenged through a white paper. The ENDSARS panel is a quasi-judicial panel and its findings/recommendations if found to be inconsistent, should be challenged in a competent court of law with evidence, simple. The whitepaper as we know it today is not legally clothed with the power to overturn the final outcome/findings/recommendations of a duly established panel, simple. descartes400: 1 Like |

And also share puff puff and pure water. 6. Dj switch and other youths scripted, acted and created special FX for a live Instagram video. 7. The shootings in the videos were doctored and edited. I knew from the beginning the dunce Bourdellion house boy has no white paper to issue. After issuing his black paper, he is calling for cooperation from among the people he ordered their killing. Were ni man yi sha. It may take decades, justice must be served on the lekki massacre. To all the foolish youths that have sold their future for a pot of porridge from Ojuyobo and his supporter of APC APC, may you experience multiple of the pains and agony suffered by all victims of FSars combined in your life time. May the murderous hyenas in human clothes you defended with your time and resources spit on your graves when justice catches up with you. ASE! Sanwo, the Lagos Landlord, Mr. Lier, the mannequin in Aso, and all their accomplices will pay in multiple fold for every crime they committed individually and corporately here in this world. 2 Likes |

cafolu: Please show what you typed here to your 5-year old daughter/son if you have any and come back with what they say. They will not only know better but be disappointed that their dad/mum came up with this embarrassing illogicality. What is the use of a White Paper if it must carry wholesale the recommendations of a Panel it is meant to go through? Many countries of the world have always respected Nigerians’ intellectual capabilities. With cheap internet data and cheap phones, it looks like we are now exporting ignorance and daftness to the rest of the world. Many uneducated and unrefined people just come on social media now wanting to trend but ending up embarrassing themselves and their families online by exposing their lack of intellectual depth. |
