Okowa Came Prepared For Governance Says Onyeme


The Executive Chairman, Delta State Internal Revenue Service Sir Monday John Onyeme has commended the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa for the completion and commissioning of the remarkable, laudable state central secretariat and the Independent Power Plant Project.


He said Gov Okowa came prepared to deliver good governance to the People adding that the completion of the state of art central secretariat complex is a demonstration of Gov Okowa's fulfilment of his campaign promises.


ONYEME who disclosed this yesterday 30/11/21 through a voice note lauded Gov Okowa for his visionary leadership in providing Infrastructures that has direct Impacts on Deltans adding that the newly commissioned State Central Secretariat will not only save the Government from the cost of renting offices for MDAs but will also improve productivity and commitment towards service delivery.


According to him, the newly built and commissioned State of art Secretariat by Dr Ifeanyi Okowa which was named after the Asagba of Asaba Professor Chike Edozien with a conducive environment will definitely enhance and drive efficient service delivery, enhance communication, boost the productivity of staff leading to Improved service delivery.



"The consistent effort of the Okowa's led administration towards the development of the state has again achieved a milestone which deserves to be commended. Gov Okowa remains an outstanding record-breaker, who had since been fulfilling his campaign promises to the good people of Delta State" Onyeme enthused
