The Panel should have focused its efforts at getting the recordings of the cctv without which its whole report is shaky.

If one person had bleed to death at that LTG there wont be all this back and forth. The evidence the blood would leave alone will be the nail in the coffin. This things are not rocket science.
I witnessed a near fatal accident on agidingbi road ikeja about 2years ago. I was part of the first responders and rescue team. There was a lot of blood everywhere. Till date anytime I pass that spot I still see the blood Mark's. Blood and tarred road na best friends.
