Pasta variations

Cannelloni and ravioli are also not difficult to make. You don't even have to cut the dough for the cannelloni. Simply fill, roll and the Italian dish is ready. You need small squares for ravioli.

One of them is occupied with the later content. There are no limits to your imagination. Spinach, meat, cheese, or a combination of these ingredients are most common.

To finish off the ravioli pasta, just put the second small dough square on top of the other and press the edge tightly with a fork.

It works similarly with tortellini, but all you need is a piece of pasta dough, on which you put the filling and wrap it. So that the whole thing does not rise again in the water, you can press the edges shut as best you can.
