Are Huawei Phones Advisable? by Oluwapresley(m): 2:02am On Dec 12, 2021
Hi guys,

Looking to get a new phone. I have a budget of not more than 140k.

I saw a nice Huawei phone on Jumia but while going through the description I saw something about no playstore blah blah. My guess is it's ass a result of the US vs China wahala.

Overall, I would like to know if Huawei phones are advisable and which model.

If not advisable, please advise a good brand and model I can get within my budget.

Thanks.

I currently use Huawei.. The battery, display, camera are still 100% even after a year use but not having playstore will frustrate you bro..
This phone is one of my greatest regret but if you can sideload playstore on it, it is very advisable

If not for that playstore ish, Huawei would've been locking horns with Samsung.

You're right. Huawei would have been on par with Samsung if not for the ban USA placed. Their phones are dope .

Wow. Thank you very much for the feedback. It's that frustration I do not want.

I think I would just go with Oppo as advised by Femi cox my fear with Samsung is when things start to get faulty; the cost of fixing can make one abandon the phone.

Thanks once again. Really appreciate.

There are Nokia phones and OnePlus I would advise you to look at them before going for oppo.

Nokia phones are based on android one so they receive updates fast and are stable, it also has zero bloatware, OnePlus phones have better camera then oppo too.

I have a solution for Huawei Google playstore issue. It makes Google playstore work like native app. Huawei is a great phone. It will cost you though If you're interested. But you won't regret using Huawei.
