They are not aggressive at all.often,they see nigerians as their 2nd God.meanwhile,the igbo union their is very strong.the price of shop will depend on your nature of business.The average cost is 8k per a month. |

Their bank exchange rate is le480,000 for $100 usd,but u can get le430,000 in their black market. |
