Either way, Sanwo Olu is doing well and this is a welcomed development, hope they invest in maintenance of the buildings as well.

In no way have I said SanwoOlu is not doing a great job; what I am alluding to is the lack of quality control and monitoring of the contractors......We are not talking about changing things to taste here but at least handed over in a serviceable condition

For how long was he governor after the project began and he could not complete it? lets agree Ambode messed up by not following through, but add Fashola's years to the almost 3 years of Sanwo, by your silly calculations, should it not have been completed. How long do sane countries or governments take to deliver similar projects?
