Festus Keyamo (SAN), Minister of State for Labour and Employment has felicitated President Muhammadu Buhari on his 79th birthday, describing him as a true leader who has a heart for the people of Nigeria.

In a broadcast message made available to DAILY INDEPENDENT, Keyamo said no president in the history of Nigeria has instituted people-oriented programmes like President Buhari has done.

He said, “It is my pleasure and privilege to wish President Muhammadu Buhari, a man of the people, a happy 79th birthday”.

“In the history of Nigeria, there is no president that has instituted people-oriented programmes as much as President Muhammadu Buhari. Even after our last ministerial retreat, he gave a directive to the Humanitarian Affairs Ministry to come up with a bill that he will forward to the National Assembly to ensure and guarantee legislative protection for his social intervention schemes after he has left office”.

“What more evidence do you need to see to convince you about a president that has a heart for the people of this country? Happy 79th birthday sir”.
