This way, the Igbos will have only votes from the east alone, likewise the Yoruba votes largely from west alone because these two regions wont vote for each other. Exception to this is if Igbos and Yorubas will unite to support an Igbo candidate but this can never happen in Nigeria, atleast not in 2023.
