so we went for outside work in one town like that. See fine houses, partially developed. However, water is their problem. They go far to fetch water. When we asked, they said they can't drill borehole, that there is no water in their town. How true is this. |

Hmm, I've never heard such before. Maybe they have not tried different areas, there surely would be an area with water. Or they connect a borehole from a neighbouring state, a borehole which pumps water 24/7 into their town. |

It is possible. Depending on the lithography and underlying formation, there might be no productive zone for water or might be deep and economical not viable |
