Not all regions are having issues in those mentioned States, these places bring terrorised by bandits had never had enough police, enough military presence, e.t.c. If you come to the North you would be surprised to see how deep human settlements are located. Those rural areas are too vulnerable to attacks that's why most of the time media officials depends on the military to give insight on what's going on there. That's also the reason why there are no pictures of attacks because it is the media that snaps dead corpses not the military or police unlike in the South where most rural areas are undergoing massive urbanization so once a raid occurs, the media would arrive and post gory pictures. Most of these Northerners in those areas don't even know how to speak English.
