Real estate is a field that's equal parts challenging and potentially lucrative. A 2020 study by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) found that 88% of buyers recently purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker.
As a real estate agent, one of your most important roles is that of marketer. You’re marketing your clients’ properties. You’re marketing your community to potential buyers. You’re constantly marketing yourself and your services. Having these things at the back of you mind, there are some things you need to know. Let me share them to you:

1. Stop Using Outdated Sales Promotion
What do I mean by this? Things like
“Easter promo”
“New year promo”
“Christmas promo”
“Ramadan promo
“Buy one plot, get one free
“Buy one plot, get 2 gallons of oil”
“Become a landlord with N50,000 only”
They are outdated and they no longer work. Real estate buyers are now very INFORMED, and they can see through your strategy.
