That is not true. You do not understand. The people living in the land will continue to live there. It is the legitimate landlords who won the case that are being issued the new lands.

Lagos state Government Should compensate them with 2 plots each so they can use one plot to cover the cost of building a new house on the other plot

Instead of compensating them with 549 new plots of land to start building new houses, why don't they be allowed to maintain their houses or stay where they are.

Government should then make use of the 549 plots since government is interested in a virgin land.

Why destroying houses built with million and replace it with a ploy of land?
