Nigerian popular celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest stirred mixed reactions on Saturday with a video of a heavy downpour at his business location in Owerri, Imo State. Citizen Reporters has Learnt.

Myriad of comments, supposedly from residents in the area backed the socialite after he claimed to have paid seven rain makers to help bring down the rain so that he can get rid of dust.

It is however understandable why this is intriguing, given the fact that it is almost impossible to have such a heavy downpour during the dry season.
