Growing up I always get heart shock and this affect breathing for secs... Later on I started growing to know abt heart attack and this get me worried like I can die any tym.....

Then I try to figure out what causes the shock.... I realise too much cold drink / too much AC isn't good for ma body.

Few months ago.... I started having heavy heart.... It was serious I do ma last minute prayer every tym I remember or stuff come into my mind..... This lasted for three days and this tym I had to consult hospital

X-ray and ECG (heart breathe) was recommended I did both

Going through paper given to take to the ECG department.... I saw remark for the test
The doctor put confirm if it ischemic disease

I check what ischemic disease was I saw heart disease.... Google more abt it..... Says it incurable can be manage n stuff

I knew I'm done if the test come out positive
A had to wait for a week for result and trust me.... It was really hard tym for me

No drug recommended and with tym the heavy heart started getting better

To cut it short the result: ECG n xray says I'm fine
I later realise it was because i was heavily driving that causes all of these

Advice:
Study urself and get what causes whatever u feel
go to hospital for test/scan it very important it better to know what's up than dying silently
Government hospital is cheaper..... Just dedicate a whole day and go as early as 6am....mind u they av specialist for all these n the prices is cheap enough

There are so factors that can affect your heart rate or even cause you to faint that are not caused by a heart disease, Example POTS or Postural orthostatic tachycardia. When I stopped taking medicine for anxiety I had to deal with this for almost a year before it gradually began to stop. Go and see a doctor please, it might not even be what you think it is.

This is a risky take. I hope no one take this tip. However, the op just said he has heart problem, without even going into full details, as far as i know these could mean different things,ranging from coronary artery disease to high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome or even pulmonary heart disease - only a doctor could diagonise him. Besides, he actually need plenty of these carbohydrates, especially whole grains and beans in other to stay healthy.

Go for ECG, most health conditions are manageable with an accurate diagnosis.

Depression is making your health to deteriorate. You can't fix your health without a medical checkup.

Consult a psychologist they would prepared your mindset about the test you are scared of.

Get your self tested, know your stand and keep to advise experts would give you.

Depression is very bad.

Just do an EChocardiogram. That will show you all heart valves and their condition. Recommend that you also don't do anything stressful until you get a diagnosis. Note that this may actually be a lung(pulmunary) issue and not a heart issue.

Also reduce visceral fat and lose weight if you are over weight

Mine was in 2016. They later discovered it was not heart problem but the diseased Thyroid gland that was causing the heart palpitations. Every symptoms of it is reduced now.. ... GO SEE THE DOCTOR FIRST..

You are a very very mad man

Your symptoms are strongly suggestive of cardiac disorder. Usually, you may have another family member diagnosed at an early age (<50 years, for men). You need proper evaluation by a cardiologist who do many investigations like echocardiography, EKG and other routine investigations. There’s not much to worry about this. With the right medications, life style changes and regular follow up, you’ll live a near normal life.

It might not be heart problem that you have, I once add similar issue but I didn't fainted, I went to general hospital the first drug was as if it added to the pain. Then I went back that I barely talk, laugh even walk, but I was given another drug; Rabeloc 20 and gascol, didn't say you should go and buy it ooo, just telling u what I used and it went away. You need to go to general hospital so that u can meet with the specialist, then do all necessary test and scan, free your mind from worries, watch movie or comedy skits and pray and have faith. Go and do an ECHO...for a 28yr old with heart disease it should be a mild ASD or some other mild conditions. Cos you would have presented earlier.

Only to go for Echo and ECG and nothing was wrong other than HTN.

I concluded that I had CAD, but it was not. I would not have known without scan
