The EFCC also alleged that Mompha concealed his interest in expensive wristwatches and an iPhone valued at over N70million.

With what I read as the bolded, 200 million is nothing.
They're not gonna freeze is account or assets. Once he pays, he's free to go back to his remaining bags of stolen money and luxury watches and phone.

Thats not the issue, there are people who embezzle pensions worth 500m and bail was 500k.
