I feel very happy about this development.
The state must train or have able technicians and engineers to handle the maintenance.
I thank God he did purchase a new train, unlike federal government train.
However they should be transparent in letting us knows terms and conditions of transactions.

I think you are misconceiving the word "TRAIN"

Essentially these are train cars/carriages/coaches
They can be deployed for intercity or intercity with modifications as required
