I saw a video of recent interview with this man where he said he has no single house anywhere abroad but even some of his younger staff in rank has houses in Dubai. He said what drives him is different from what drives those.

Everybody Dey shout government backed. Governments world over have always been backing the entrepreneurs that create jobs and investments in the country in one way or the other. It could be through tax cuts or favorable policies.
