There is no blackmail. Americans and Nigerians think differently. No American person needs to blackmail anyone. It's very dangerous to try to it. The woman came out and said what happened. He gave her the "Do you know who I am" line and the woman felt disrespected. She wanted him to show her respect, which is foreign to Nigerians in general. The only thing the woman needs to do is file for child support. It's over at that point unless he wants custody rights. If he doesn't pay, his visa will be cancelled.

Since he has no children with his wife, it may actually be a blessing in disguise.
