Civilization can be regarded as something that has to do with a group of humans/society considered to be advanced as a result of complex organizations within.... according to my phone's dictionary.... when there are complex legal organizations within.



But we also have to define the complex legal organization.....in fact....,it has to be summarized by saying there are several rules to be assessed in as many ways as possible within.

I consider the existence of a society....or a social group as inevitable when there are several humans that have to socialize in the presence of several things that identify each of them....... such that they are bound to establish certain ways of relating with one another at certain times for certain reasons towards addressing certain cases ....so, you can't avoid the assessment of XYZ rules when there's a need to ensure that those specific ways of relating have to last for as long as possible.... the manner in which these things happen depend on the people involved....if there would be changes at specific intervals...., it's still up to them.... the manner in which you relate or express certain things is your choice.

Chinese engineers have built amazing infrastructure across China with their expertise, but what baffles me is the crummies they often construct for us in Nigeria, you won't see such in their homeland.

Who do we blame here? Maybe our leaders because it's the amount of money they award some of these projects and they will still embezzle part of it.
