2. Install a DNS family filter on your phone, it will automatically block 18+ websites. Look up Cleanbrowsing filter, although it has a very harsh firewall as it can disable access to certain forums such as nairaland and reddit. If you're interested DM or request on how to reduce the firewall strength so it blocks most 18+ websites without blacklisting nairaland. However, after activating the filter, you have to decide to not turn it off no matter what. Because it shall be your first line of defense.

3. Don't fight alone, join a community or get an accountability partner. Search for NoFap reddit.

4. Don't listen to anybody that tells you masturbation is good, they're not normal. Similarly, don't assume getting a girlfriend (Sex buddy) is a solution. A lesser demon is nonetheless a demon.
