Got it, thanks. But then, why are APC Candidates only making an issue out of it today, the same day of the Party primaries? Were the committee members appointed today?

They'll be foolish not to partake because they can't challenge the process.

Direct or indirect, it is he who has the list and control of the delagates that matters.

The only three States practicing real democracy in Nigeria are: Ekiti, Anambra and Adamawa State. I stand to be corrected.
