If you wanna see what the true Church of GOD sees! You Have to do what the Church of GOD does. It is not magic! Deuteronomy 28:1-2 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. 2 Likes |

Righteousness2:God never said anything about churches in His Old Covenant agreement which He explicitly made with those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins- Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20 You randomly quote verses out of context as if to suggest your wisdom greater than that of God, the one who decreed these things. |

damosky12: Nothing impressive about a tax free business awash with cash diversifying its holdings. This is done by other business enterprises. As long as the curriculum results in well rounded graduates, there is nothing to criticize. damosky12: Comparing them to the government is a very low bar. In terms of corrupt organizations, they do run a more efficient ship than the government. It's a low overhead business with plenty of cash coming in weekly, limited amount of staff, and no oversight. The authoritarian leader of the damosky12: They go after everybody corrupt including pastors. Pastors do not prevent Nigeria from owning a airline or having industries, but that doesn't prevent their religious industry from be assailable. They are a symptom of a backwards and corrupt society so they are ripe for criticism. damosky12: The CEO of McDonalds make $21 million a year while a Store Manager makes $100,000 and works double the time. Guess who rides on private jets between the both of them. If people want to criticize McDonald's they won't criticize the Store Manager or criticize his earnings; they'd focus on the CEO. The same goes for the mega church pastors. All pastors are criticized, but the fat cows will get the most insults because they are the most visible. The only value they add to society are the comfortable lies they tell to the willfully ignorant and gullible, and others looking to salve their existential dread. Other than that, of what use is their lies? damosky12: That's a lie. The churches are as corrupt as the government and their business model cannot be used to run an efficient functioning country. damosky12: Lowering the cost if delivering your goods and services is what all businesses do. Since they are awash with that tax-free cash, it behooves them to invest in power generation instead of wasting money on fuel and generators. damosky12: The government can't give you stable electricity because the Generator and Petroleum cabal make a lot of money from keeping the country dark. Some of the money end up in churches as tithes and offering. damosky12: Living Faith has fewer hands in the pot compared to the government so they can simultaneously pay a pittance and stash the rest in their pocket. damosky12: They can school 160,000 but it doesn't make them unassailable. damosky12: Awwwww, he went for Shiloh. No wonder he's chatting nonsense. Disney World want their customers to come back so they make sure they have a good experience. Living Faith is no different. damosky12: Maybe the country should become a theocracy under Living Faith, maybe Abuja will get cctv damosky12: Tax-free money goes very far. damosky12: Definitely not the cult leader that doesn't answer to anyone. A church is not a country. damosky12: What's the plan. Increasing ignorance in the society so they can keep the cash rolling in? damosky12: Mr. Momodu is a shining example of that "African illogicality". Africa remains on the ground because the place is littered by ignorant, myopic, and superstitious people like him. damosky12: The corrupt church leaders you are advocating for are not qualified to helm any nation's affairs. In a world were you need visionary leaders, what can a pastor offer? Running a cult where your followers have been brainwashed to give you money is different from running a country. damosky12: Your god is worthless and you need to stop being servile towards pastors. There's nothing good about people who scam others and enrich themselves in the process. If the society wasn't so impoverished and corrupt, these cretins wouldn't be placed on the pedestal they are placed on. Even in more developed societies, the most impoverished and downtrodden are usually the ones under the corrupt spells of these useless pastors. A thriving society with intellectually vigorous people is not looking at purveyors of ignorance for leadership. |

KnownUnknown: You spent so much time to copy, paste, and quote the article just to vent your pent-up aggression? Interesting... So much façade for confidence. So much pseudo-knowledge packaged as content. If I were you, I would try to achieve something noteworthy with my existence first before spewing tirades against the author or the pastors. At least, try and create anything that's 1/50 as ingenious as their innovations. Almost anyone can afford data and android these days you know. As it stands, your voice is not heard. Your logic is logical to no one but you. You are alone in your delusions here. My few cents. |
