JOB TITLE: RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: LAGOS

SALARY: #80,000 Monthly gross



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and direct customers

• Provide accurate product information (product features, pricing, and other sales service)

• Answer customers' question about specific products/services

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representative team to provide excellent customer service

• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Qualification: OND/HND/Bsc. in any field

· Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative(Specifically in the sales of phones and accessories)

· Understanding of the retail sales process

· Familiarity with customer behaviour principles

. Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

· Ability to use Microsoft office tool
