I actually found these naira notes still new in my grandpa's archive. My grandpa died 7 years ago and I was privileged to ransacked his belongings. I couldn't imagine Nigeria once spend such beautiful currencies. Are you alive when these currencies were spent? 1 Share

That's when Naira still get value. My dad used to gave me and my brother 5NGN note to share back then. 2Naira fifty Kobo each |

N1, N5, N10 these notes are no longer in use but can be valuable for collection purposes. However, in reality the present day value of those notes are N300, N1,500, N3000 based on average exchange rate of (N0.685-N9.91)to $1 that prevailed from 1973 to 1991 Op should frame them for better preservation 4 Likes |
