The truth is GAC removed Ambode.
At Oshogbo campaign, there was a meeting Of Buhari,
a northern governor and Tinubu where the northern
governor begged Tinubu to allow Ambode.

Tinubu said he would deliver the message to GAC as

Tinubu is the head of GAC, so that's not an excuse

Tinubu later accepted his pleas and begged on his behalf among other GAC members but they blatantly rejected all that. Ambode was a very good governor and he performed excellently in Lagos, but he was not a party man. He failed to do the needful to the APC members, forgetting the fact that these people built the party on which he got the ticket rather by cheer luck.
