You've got no point. When to be sexually active depends on an individual because you must know that practicing any religion doesn't mean you'd follow it's teachings.

Some would adhere to the teachings while others ain't gonna adhere. Whatever your religion says on sex is not the concern of the law. As long as you are of legal age and you ain't forced or forcing anyone to have sex, its not against the law.

If you want to be governed by religious rule, relocate to an Islamic nation or Rome.

No cop have the right to arrest because you are sexually active (and single)!

It's not against the law to prescribe emergency contraception, or use it.

Postinor/postpill is regarded as a 'contraceptive' not an abortifacient under the law. It isn't that effective in preventing pregnancy though...

Of all the problems killing this nation on a daily basis its a student with contraceptives that is the greatest problem of our amiable police force? Very typical.
