This man should go and sit down. Average southerner hates police job with passion. If they refuse to join police Nigeria can not be held to ransom because of that. The region who like police job should fill the gap as nature abhors a vacuum.

Rather than base the recruitment on the number of local governments he wants it to be based on specific number per states meaning a state that has 8 local governments will have same number of candidates from a state that has 20 local governments
