The video where one of the major suspects in the alleged murder of Timothy Adegoke, an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Dr Rahman Adedoyin issued a curse on the brother of the victim, Gbade Adegoke outside the Court after the Court's proceedings has been released.

Timothy Adegoke was allegedly murdered at Hilton Hotels owned by Dr. Rahman Adedoyin on November 6, 2022.
The first hearing of the court case came up at Abuja on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 but after the day's proceedings, Gbade said Adedoyin pointed at him saying, "Gbade wa ku Ni." (Gbade you will die) unknown to them that the scene was recorded on video by Oriyomi Hamzat.
The exchange of verbal words ensued between Gbade and Adedoyin with Gbade seeing in the video returning the curses that "you will die, Adedoyin."
The next hearing will come up on Tuesday,  February 8, 2022 in Abuja but Timothy's family are financially handicapped, no money to hire a lawyer.

The family is calling on Nigerians to donate their widow's mite to hire a SAN to stand as Counsel for the family otherwise Adedoyin and other suspects will be released on bail on Tuesday putting the life of Timothy's brother and others in danger.
Before Oriyomi Hamzat was barred from issuing any public statement in the case of Timothy and Adedoyin, he has already posted the video on his Facebook Page with this statement,
"Adedoyin threatened Timothy’s brother with death in Abuja. This was after the hearing on Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022.
#justicefortimothy."
