True, but my point is it's not fair on the guys! The boundaries at which this enters criminal zone is so vague.

In the same professional environment, some guys who have sent "you re looking sexy sweetheart" are now married to the same ladies today without any issues, while some others who sent the same text got criminalized and lost their jobs.
