Good morning everyone

How do you body fitness people even keep up with keeping your body fit?

I started last month ..though I have seen little changes …

Been doing 20 sit ups and 10 press ups
Now I have escalated to 60 sit ups 30 press ups

But keeping up with it becomes so tiring as each day passes

So Ladies and Gents

how do I keep up keeping my Body fit ?
And suggest to me some bedroom excersise

Mumu, continue doing the push up and pressup you would surely see the result when u stop doing it, and that would trigger u to start doing it again.

You are doing great bruv. This is the hardest part of body building - Consistency. Fight it through and walking out will become your third meal each passing day.

Never get discouraged for you will become a novice if you leave it for some time and start once again.

I gym and run often.

*At home, try jumping jacks, spider-man mountain climbing, crunches, froggers, high knees.
