How does the court of law handles a case of 'Betrayal of trust' particularly, when one party fair to fulfill an unwritten agreement? e.g., in a religious circle, and and especially amongst the clergy, a young minister believes in a particular senior minister even as a clan related brother, the young man agreed to serve the senior in his skilled labour for the senior to buy landed property for him, the senior too acquired the same but played pranks to delay handing - over until the landed property appreciated and the senior seems reluctant to fulfill his side of agreement. the senior is even asking for the original amount to be refunded to him by the junior . What legal avenue can the junior access, if all pleas fairs?. please, legal experts in the house. |
