But Rochas didn’t care about what the people that elected him wanted. That they wanted to remain an APGA State mattered nothing to him. He was in power, felt untouchable and felt that he could treat Imo people any which way he wanted. He used Imo State money (just like Amaechi used Rivers money to campaign for APC) in the hopes that if Buhari won, he would give them juicy appointments.
