CHIEF EKENE EBUZEME HAILS OBI CUBANA FOR CONSTRUCTING OBA ROAD.


Chief Sir Ekene Ebuzeme (Ikenga Oba) The Chairman, Alpron Properties Limited has hailed his Kinsman, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) Chiarman Cubana Group for giving a face lift to a very vital road in Oba Community.


The Chairman of Cubana Group, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, had few weeks ago commenced the construction of roads in his community in Oba Idemmili, Anambra State.


One of the roads, Afor Oba Old Road, is already under construction, with many indigenes of the community praising his gesture.


Chief Ebuzeme commended the chairman of Cubana group for taking up the challenge of constructing the road.


He stated that the action of Obi Cubana is a wake up call to the transition local government Chairmen in Anambra as they have no reason to provide basic amenities to the citizenry despite the homogenous federal allocation and internally generated revenue of the state.



He urged the Anambra state House of Assembly to awake from its slumper and carry out its oversight responsibilities by asking relevant questions on how the collective wealth of Ndi Anambra is utilised.
