Well that verse simply means Jesus' disciples must extend God's warm invitation to people of the nations.
And that will require helping them to know so many things they never heard before regarding the true God (Father) the prophet that commissioned the preaching work (Jesus God's Son) and the active force behind all the achievements of God's people (Holy Spirit)

If you checked what happened when Peter was asked by Jews (Israelites) who already had partial knowledge about God (Father) and the active force (Holy Spirit) Peter asked them to get baptized only in the name of Jesus Christ! Act 2:38
