One woman here in Florida a beggar drives a RR she live in a big beach house. She thinks we don't know. In Romania begging is a big booming business, the wealthiest people in Romania are beggars , they even recruit kids and adults to travel around Europe begging and raking in tax free cash, no debit card, credit card or bank cheques, all cash.
