Nigeria always has double standards, one for the rest of the country, another entirely different standard once the person involved has something that sounds like Igbo in his or her identify. From the analysis, u can see that it is not the first, second or third time people from same zone have emerged to head Senate or House of Rep as clerk and there was no single argument. Then came the turn of Easterners and the "One Nigeria" beggars won't have such thing happen. 1 Like |

I was just observing it for the first time, why is this National Assembly building built like a mosque Is like the Northern Nigeria have imprinted their islamic symbols on all the state properties in this country. Nigeria is an Islamic country to them and they have the goal to make it so. 1 Like |

I begin to wonder the involvement of Legislature with Civil Service matters. She was placed on acting capacity, so more experienced in terms of Length in Service and age should fold their arms and allow a Junior colleague be appointed as Clerk. There is a process and they need to be educated. |

Franking:Why did power not move to the North Central or North East in 2015? Yardua was from the North West and Katsina to be precise... Why did power not even move to states like Kaduna, kano or any other North Western State back in 2015? There is only two region in Nigeria, the North and South. There is no time in the history of Nigeria that party ticked have been microzone... You can show me the time with evidence power have been microzone to a geopolitical region if you have sha. If we are talking about been fair Is it fair for a man like Tinubu, that have done and sacrifice a lot for the APC to be where they are today, to be deny of contesting to become the president of Nigeria? See, you guys can preach to PDP to microzone to the east, but preaching to the APC to microzone to the east is hypocrisy and no one will agree to it. |

Justiceleague1:I do not have the time to engage myself with stupid talks. In 2031, every Southerner from the south south, south west and south east will contest for the ticket in 2031 if a Northerner win next year If you want to kill yourself because of my statement, you're free. |

walemoney007: Comparing north and south in terms of structure means you are not being honest. The north is monolithic while the south is not. Of the three major tribes in Nigeria two are in the South. Do yourself a favor and think fair. Or you want the SW to produce two while the SE produces none? You must be very selfish to not want microzoning just because you want Tinubu. It won't work. But let's see how it plays out. |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by walemoney007(m): 10:51am On Feb 19, 2022 |
Franking:Are you saying Fulani is the absolute majority in Northern Nigeria? The Hausa tribe is the largest in the North. And no Yoruba man have ruled under the APC, a Yoruba man will contest for the ticket of the APC. PDP should microzone to the East. And let Nigerians choose who they want. In all sha, a Yoruba man will contest for the ticket in the APC, it does not matter who ever the PDP give their ticket to A Yoruba man like Tinubu is ready. And he won't step down for anybody, it does not matter who Ibos decide to vote for. Ibos didn't vote for Buhari, he won twice. Tinubu has sacrifice a lot for the APC, is not fair denying him from contesting in the primary election in the APC. The PDP should microzone to the east if they want. |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by Franking: 11:24am On Feb 19, 2022 |
walemoney007: Yorubas didn't vote for OBJ and he won twice. Let's see on whose face the egg will land. In order to subvert justice and fairness u are now bringing all sorts meaningless logic. Tinubu doesn't own the APC but both AD and PDP had Yoruba candidates in 1999 and again in 2003. There was a reason for it but of course it means nothing to u. Only the old Tinubu that now wets his pants matters to u. Make we dey look na. |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by walemoney007(m): 11:38am On Feb 19, 2022 |
Franking:Onu contested the ticket with Falae in the AD, while Ekwueme contested the ticket with OBJ in the PDP They were both defeated. Obasanjo didn't lose scandalously in the west in 1999 and in 2003, he won in the South West. You want me to believe the bullshit of Tinubu wetting his pant, just the way dullards like you spread the word around that Buhari is dead and have been replace by someone from Sudan? I'm not a foolish and dull guy, I dey always make use of my brain. Tinubu worked hard for the APC to get to where they are today, APC will likely zone her presidential ticket to the South, any Southerner that feels he is the best should go for the ticket. It does not matter who you will vote, the APC will never microzone to the South East, it not matter how much you wail on Nairaland. You should be more concern about PDP microzoning, you no even talk about APGA, you're here wailing about APC that has never won any presidential election in the South East. Wail to the PDP to microzone. |

mrvitalis:You are always talking off point, forget this Biafra nonsense. By the way, are you not the same person shouting Buhari in 2015 election? Always use your brain all the time. |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by mrvitalis(m): 12:35pm On Feb 19, 2022 |
CyberWolf:Yes I did ...but the injustice against my people is obvious and I can't deny it A good president can come in 2023 but another person worse than Buhari would come again ...it's not a chance I want to take Biafra ( only Igbo nation ) is the solution |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by CyberWolf: 12:42pm On Feb 19, 2022 |
mrvitalis:Biafra is not feasible for now, anyone with foresight knows that so why waste time and life on that fruitless journey? Biafra will come only when every section of the country is tired which from the way the country is going, will happen someday. What we Igbos should be doing now is to reposition ourselves politically, build trusted ally so as the get our own shares of the country’s resources just like every other part of the country is doing. Shouting Biafra and destroying our region economically by touts and thugs in the guise of Biafra agitation will not bring us any positive result. |
Re: Tension In NASS Over Plans To Replace The Acting Clerk Of The Senate by mrvitalis(m): 1:03pm On Feb 19, 2022 |
CyberWolf:Who told you we expect Biafra now ? ...no body not even kanu himself ...this is a long fight that might outlive us all Did you say all we need is to reposition ourselves? Lamo ...what have Igbos not done ...tell me ...what do we need to do politically that we have not done There is no politics u would play that would make people who envy you vote for you absolutely nothing Why can't they make Joe igbokwe president ...so show all Igbos that believers of one Nigeria have something to gain ..who is more one Nigeria than onu , nwajuba, rochas , kalu ,umiah ? What have these people not done Looking at how Nigeria has treated the one Nigerian Igbos ...do u expect more people to be one nigerianist ? |

Franking:I never said Tinubu owns the APC. Only dullards that believed Buhari died and was replaced with someone from Sudan will believe that Tinubu pooed or peed on his body. Hatefilled individual like you will never stop him from contesting, just the way Tinubu can't stop Ibos candidates from contesting for the ticket in the APC. |
