Is it really a culture or just a saying because alot of people always have something similar to say when it comes to the issue of sex.

Both sayings are right if you're wise and intelligent enough to understand.

A man with no money should be more concerned about financial freedom.

Also, after being financially buoyant, he should stay faithful to his woman so as to avoid being infected with infections/diseases, unwanted pregnancy from different intimate partners, etc.

In a world of transactional relationships, why would you want to restrict the buyer to one commodity, especially as it is a buyers market?

A man who experienced rejection or who was cheated on because he was broke has no incentive to stay faithful to any entitled woman, when he comes into his wealth.

people mistake street banter with culture.... NO culture is telling people to make money before getting coochie, its these damn oloshos who brainwashed you donkeys, by feeding you the above nonsense (in order to enrich their lazy greedy selves upon your foolishness).

biatches who didnt value you when you were poor DO NOT deserve your attention when you suddenly made it!
