The governors in the caretaker committee of the party are not less than three. When you add three to kogi, taraba, Imo, crossover and the APC chairmen of the states controlled by opposition, it will be clear that those in support of postponement will be in more numbers. Besides, if by now convention planning sub committees are not constituted, it's crustal clear that the convention will be postponed.

I can’t say but He place competent people in all commissions, agencies and parastatals. He went as far as UN, oriental energy to bring them back to work for the state .. but primary health care is excellent

And you wonder why the nation is adrift? The ruling party cannot organise a simple party convention to elect it's own EXCO because of overriding personal interests. Asides that, they lack leadership and organisational capacity, this is obvious in how Nigeria is currently being administered ANYHOW. I reiterate APC will disintegrate before 2023, this is the least punishment they deserve for screwing Nigerians.
