Marriage to a USC does not removr the waiver. You still hsve to apply. The two tricks are

1) if yiu did not receive funding form US govt or any US organizations, Nigerian govt or organizations
2) Apply for waiver early, like ASAP.
3) Make sure Nigerian embassy sends the No objection letter ASAP.

Problem with this is that, medical students don’t qualify for the no objection letter waiver. I guess one just have to keep trying to get a company to hire one

Hey bro, I was wondering if you have any insight or cases where a medical student with the j1 status under the 2 year home requirement was able to remove the waiver through marriage to a US citizen?
What does it involve? Is it doable? Is it even worth considering? I really need your advise please

Instead of filming the whole food varieties, you should've waited to be served then you get a table and film/video YOUR own paid meal.

In as much as you are trying to cry blue murder/the harassed, it was inappropriate for you to pull out your 'iphone7' and record/ film their varieties/services. C'mon bro, you ain't the only one buying.

BTW, if their services are poor, write the management. Image tarnishing because you weren't allowed to freely do as you wish is childish and uncalled for.

who says is a continent? meanwhile, Asia is a race dominating Asia continent. When i mean Asia i mean the Asian race.

Asian is a race and Asia is a continent. If you have sense, you will understand what the speaker or writing means when they mention Asian/Asia.

A Chinese man is an Asian, Singaporean is an Asia but Saudi Arabian is not an Asian by race.
His question to you was whether or not Dubai is a continent and you gave the wrong answer.

Don't even go there with the Asian race and geographical locations argument, that's a whole different argument so let's stick to this.

Not sure why you're so feisty but you need to calm your azz down. Once again, Dubai is in the continent of Asia

I will quit NL soon because of kids like you. 90% of people in NL are children less than 18 years.
The Middle East is not a continent and Dubai is in Asia

dumbass here is my first post on the topic quoted below

SO NEXT TIME B4 YOU JOIN A CONVERSATION, KNOW WHAT IT IS ABOUT FIRST B4 OPENING YOUR MOUTH. THANK YOU

Off duty will never be in uniform and a bodyguard to a celebrity. Provide security at venues/events or gigs here and there, absolutely but as far as chauffeuring in police uniform, no way! Provide a source or you're just a loud mouth.

It seems You like to hear yourself talk obviously. Who knows where you're typing from. Oh my bad, it's the Internet and so many sick people around cheesy

I'm out man. Have a good weekend and try not to sound dumber to the next person you pick on

THIS FROM THE SITE

Off duty and retired Police Officers & Police motorcycles available for:
Motorcade Traffic Escort, Traffic and Event Crowd Control and more
<<<< THEY USE THEIR POLICE MOTORCYCLES FOR THEIR PRIVATE BODYGUARD DUTIES. SO YOU ARE JUST AN EMPTY NOISE MAKER. I THINK IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT IN USA YOU CAN USE THEIR POLICE OFFICERS, UNIFORMED, AS PRIVATE BODYGUARDS. AND THEY CAN GO AS FAR AS USING THEIR POLICE MOTORCYCLES. CASE CLOSED.

OFF DUTY!! and RETIRED! What part of that don't you get, you freaking 1diot! I'm done. Every argument with you reduces my brain cell.

you are just an empty noise maker. check these guys out. you can hire their police vehicles and they can use their police vehicles as private escorts and they can block the road for you if need be, in america http://www.policebodyguard.com/

Wow! You just provided a link to help my point. Off duty officer- it's boldly written. Check your facts next time man or you're just gonna keep sounding dumb

google is your friend. or better yet you can google the CHP chicago police departmen, get there number, call them, and tell them you need 2 uniformed police officers for a VIP client and money is no object. and see what happens. do your own research. do i gotta do everything for you bro ?

I modified my post and I'm done arguing

dude, you must live in britain where the police job is a job of high dignity and the police uniform is revered. i am telling you in america, if you have ever been there, police officers in uniform are used as bodyguards. i have seen it with my own eyes. no need to argue with you cuz i dont think you know what you are talking about

Can you provide a link specifically stating that a police officer in America can be hired as a bodyguard?

If you can't, do us all a favor and stop arguing blindly because it's absolutely impossible. Off duty, yes but not while on duty. I have a friend who's a reserve police and occasionally, they'd provide added security at venues or events which is technically part of the duties of the police department, security and orderliness in situations like that.

As far as being a straight up bodyguard to a celebrity, no way Jose!

Usually most visa free countries to the uk are for six months visit. He overstayed for 7 years and voluntarily went back home. He was not served any banned or given any restrictions on his passport, neither was his ´passport checked by immigratioins. After three years since he left the uk, he's planning again to come and visit his son who is now 4 years old. Do you think he would have any problem on point of entry into the uk or any E.U countries?
Thank you

I was removed from the UK and my visa was cancelled when I tried re entry due to some immigration issues i encountered while attending school there.

Subsequently, we left for the U.S and with my status as an American, I was allowed entry BUT, my history kept popping up in the system due to my history with them. I tried to make an entry to the UK this summer twice and I was delayed and detained both times.

They let me in both times but I was asked to wait while they check on my record, not sure what they were checking but I'd imagine, as long as you don't have any criminal records and can prove reasons for your visit, you'll be allowed entry.

Of course, it was embarrassing both times sitting at the airport while people stare at you like you're some criminal

This is just my personal experience and it seems similar to yours so I thought I should share.

The meet up is planned for when next I'm in London and it is currently looking to take place in Shaka Zulu. Will keep everyone posted I hv just been crazily busy these days.

Is is possible to sponsor my mom to the UK even though I live in America and she's in Nigeria?

Also will sponsoring her affect me if I'm also visiting at the same time. Although I don't need a visa but I've been told to go with documents needed just like I'm applying for a visa

Lastly, how much is required considering I'm also sponsoring myself? Will that be total estimated amount for the trip?

Thanks bro

Iblaw or anyone?
