Interesting take on the removal of No Beard rule. You know you have a huge problem on your hands when you are losing capable Men to handle your Business Watchtower.

Someone was kicked out of Bethel because his hours in field service were low according to them. But the hours He was putting in is way more in my opinion which actually shows their stupidity. Using hours to cause division. It was a good thing they did that to show that this is just a Man made Cult. They helped him to open his eyes and leave the Cult. He left and got a job. When they saw that they were not getting JWs to come to Bethel to give them free labor, with no shame they came around and asked him to come back. Shame no dey catch them? Foolish people. In light of the recent revelations and exposures of The Cult of TB Joshua, it was shocking to me how similar TB Joshua and Watchtower are. Just take some time to watch the Documentary by BBC about TB Joshua and make a comparison between Watchtower and him. There are differences here and there but you can spot very similar way of manipulation between the two.

Similarities between Watchtower and TB Joshua.

1. TB Joshua has a Synagogue. Watchtower has Bethel Headquarters.

2. TB Joshua made sure that his disciples in the Synagogue had way less contact with the outside world. Phones and Watches were forbidden.

According to Bethelites, Watchtower monitors their Internet activities. Whenever they go out of Bethel, they must come back. Their movements are not free. They can't just leave anytime they like. There are times witch hunts are made to catch Bethelites leaking what really goes on there. They are often told not to tell JWs what really happens there.

3. TB Joshua created a Snitch Culture in the Synagogue where the disciples are to report on each other once they suspect anything. Once a disciple says something about what he or she saw that is considered strange to another disciple, that disciple is obligated to report to TB Joshua and punishment awaits the disciple who made the observation.

Watchtower also has a Snitch Culture in both Bethel and amongst all JWs. Bethelites have reported that oversabi Bethelites usually reports themselves especially when they need to get ahead in the headquarters or be positioned in places with more favours. It is a Dog eat dog Culture. Bethelites have advised to always watch your back. There is always one envious Bethelite watching you to report you.
Amongst JWs, they are very competitive with one another and can be envious of whoever is better than them. Some JWs have reported of being watched by certain Elders to see if they engage in one wrongdoing or the other. EXJW Reddit has some experiences about this. JWs are very eager to report on one another.

4. TB Joshua was of the habit of swaying and manipulating parents to let go of their female children and bring them over to the Synagogue to work for him. He likened their working for him to be working for God. He loved underage girls to be his disciples. He also did the same to bring in young Men as well.

Watchtower manipulates JW Parents to teach their kids on how to aspire to work in Bethel and also to be in full time Service. Watchtower loves to catch them young for Bethel service. Watchtower likens working for them to doing more for Jehovah. Doing more for Watchtower means you are more spiritual.

5. TB Joshua banned his disciples from having contact with Their families once he is able to get children away from their parents. If a mother or father visits the Synagogue, he or she is not allowed to see their child. If parents are beginning to shows concern, TB Joshua poisons the mind of the disciple by creating a wedge between him or her and the parents. TB Joshua tells them that their parents don't mean well for them. He formulates stories and conspiracies to evoke Fear. From the eyewitnesses accounts, there are situations where disciples haven't seen their loved ones for soany years.

Watchtower destroys family relationships when one or more persons show their suspicions of how things are done in the Cult. Once a parent or loved one shows this, Watchtower lies to JWs that these people don't mean well and that they are trying to destroy your relationship with Jehovah. They are told that people that question their ways are enemies of God, Children of Satan and are Apostates and therefore, they are to cut off from such people. JWs who for one reason or the other leave the Cult are demonised and their characters are damaged in the presence of all JWs. Such people are given derogatory names. They are told that God will destroy them at Armageddon. They are told that they are no longer worshippers of God and that their leaving the Cult means they are leaving God. Watchtower also lies to JWs that these people leave the Cult because they want to live immoral lives whereas the same immoral lives can still be found amongst JWS! From the very moment a JW is studying with a Bible student, the Bible student is already trained to avoid people who criticise the Cult. Watchtower creates conspiracies and fear of these people in the minds of JWs.

6. TB Joshua forbade any form of Questioning him. His disciples are not allowed to think on their own, to make decisions on their own, to disagree with him, to criticise or correct him. Any decisions they want to make must be permitted by him . Disciples are not allowed to speak anything negative about him or the Cult. They are only to speak positively of him. If he is clearly doing something wrong , you are to shut up and allow him do it. Don't speak. Anything he asks the disciples to do even if it is evil, they must do it sharp sharp! For example, an eyewitness says he forced himself on her and raped her. She was crying and he kept telling her to shut up and stop acting like a baby. After he was done, he tells her, "Look at what you made me do. You're the one that did it". TB Joshua blames victims when he rapes them or if he does wrong and doesn't want to take the blame.

Watchtower demands that JWs obey instructions even if they don't make any sense. JWS are not allowed to question, correct, criticise their leadership. They must do anything they are told by Watchtower. Even if what they are instructed results in unnecessary Deaths and disruption of Life goals or stunting the growth of JW lives, JWs are to obey else they are Apostates. When Watchtower gets False prophecies and they didn't come to pass, they say it is the fault of Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. They also recently said that they cannot apologise when their doctrines and prophecies go wrong because they all come from Jehovah. So, it isn't their fault. When they made the 1975 false prophecy and saw that many JW Lives were destroyed as they sold their homes and belongings, they blamed these victims. They said some JWs decided to take their prophecy too seriously and that's why they are in that condition. But these are the same people requiring JWS to take them seriously or else they are Called Apostates and they also praised the same JWs for selling their belongings before the prophecy failed.

To add to the Victim blaming Culture from TB Joshua, Watchtower also blames victims of Child Sexual Abuse in JW. Cases of Child Sexual abuse in JW reveal that Elders in a congregation where such happens, form a judicial committee for the Victim. The first thought they have is Did the victim enjoy the Rape? How they do this is by asking the Victim a series of very disgusting questions. The questions are designed in a such a way as if the Elders want to get aroused from the testimony of the victim. Victims have said that the questions they are asked are as follows:

What were you wearing?

How did he penetrate you?

Did you cum?

Did you like it?

How many times did you cum?

Did you struggle while he was doing it?

Did you scream?

JW Victims have said how much embarrassed and disgusted they felt when they were asked these questions. The Elders in some cases punish the victims by telling them that they didn't scream loud enough or fight hard enough to resist the rapist forgetting that These Rapists are Men way stronger physically than the victims. The victims are also threatened with Death or tied up while the rapist does his thing. JW Elders judge the victim to be a Fornicator and then disfellowship them but let the rapist go free. ExJW Reddit has stories from victims about this. In JW, two witnesses are required to testify that truly a rape happened. But we all know Rapes don't happen in public, only in secret else it would not happen at all. So if a rape really happened in secret and there are no witnesses, the rapist is set free because of this ridiculous rule. Why this is also ridiculous is in the old testament Deuteronomy 22 Vs 25 to 27 admitted that a rape can happen secretly with no witnesses. The Bible verses then imply that witnesses are not required in this situation and the Rapists must be killed Asap! This tells you that Almighty God already knew what a rape looks like. But for some strange reason, JWs still choose to ignore these Bible verses and stick to the Two witness rule which shows a deliberate attempt to allow Rape to go on unchecked in the Cult.

There is also a publication in the JW website that talks about Victims showing respect for Rapists and that they should try to understand that they are humans like them.

To show that Watchtower is a deliberate perpetrator of Child Sexual abuse in JW, victims and their families are threatened against reporting to the Police. If they report, they will be disfellowshipped and shunned.

7. TB Joshua disciples are not allowed to ever leave the Cult. In the recent documentary, one ex disciple revealed that armed Men are placed at the gate of the premises who are ready to manhandle anyone that tries to leave. In the documentary, two videos were shown where two disciples on two different occasions were trying to escape the Synagogue with the armed Men manhandling them but they eventually escaped. Another video shows another ex disciple dressed with hijab and glasses to disguise herself in order to avoid the preying eyes of agents TB Joshua sent to monitor and harm her.

TB Joshua told his disciples that no one leaves the Cult and lives a good life. Anyone who leaves must come back and repent. He says that person's life must go bad. He also says no one should contact any disciple that leaves else you will be punished. His ex disciples revealed that he had a horrible temper and will occasionally flog them with whips on their bare bottoms. One ex disciple tried to leave but was attacked spiritually by TB Joshua. He would appear in her dreams, demons would attack her, she would walk aimlessly like a Mad woman and keep seeing things that are not there. Because of this, she caved in and came back to the Synagogue. When she came back, she was beaten badly by Tb Joshua's Men with blood all over her upper body. She was flogged thoroughly and pictures of her bruises can be seen in the documentary. She was made to say things that she didn't do. She was humiliated in front of the congregation in the Synagogue.

Watchtower on the other hand do not go physical in their abuse of JWs who leave. They do the abuse psychologically which results to other consequences. JWS are not allowed to leave as well. They are taught that anyone that leaves must have his or her life go bad. Things will never work for that person. Anyone who leaves is for Satan and an Apostate. JWs are told to stay away from such people including Families. EXJWs who are living normal moral lives and have had their lives better than when they were in JW have revealed that when they come across JWS Outside and the JWs ask them how they are doing, their answers are always positive because their lives have been better. This usually shocks the JWS because Watchtower lied to them that EXJW lives are supposed to be miserable. They are supposed to be suffering. Going by many testimonies from EXJWs, they have said that their financial situations improved since they left and their marriages became better and were able to live normal lives.

Watchtower makes sure that JWs who leave suffer Isolation which in turn leads to many psychological damage. They believe that when they take people's families, JWs will be forced to come back to the Cult since the Cult also teaches that JWs are not to have close relationships with others who aren't JWs. Because of this, people who are shunned by their families commit suicide and murders. There are research papers written about the negative effects of Isolation and how it damages the brain of victims. Because of this abuse and destruction of families, JWS are banned in some countries. They even recently lost their registration as a Religion because the Norwegian government realised that they isolate underage children. There are situations where underage JWS are disowned and driven from home simply because they need longer want to be JW.

So while TB Joshua steals victims from their families, Watchtower steals a whole family from a victim.

8. In the documentary, it was revealed that TB Joshua was Occultic. One of his workers revealed that the prayer mountain he usually goes to regular ly is actually where he does his Satanic practices. The so called mountain is actually different pools of water bodies located in different areas. This eyewitness described one Ritual he does which involves using his pubic hair. He also describes a section where TB Joshua has all the pictures of his disciples where he uses a sword to pierce each of them to cage them to himself. Another eyewitness gave a more detailed account of his Satanic practices in her book she released after she escaped the Synagogue.

There was a day I personally went to Lagos and passed through Ikotun where the Synagogue was. I was waiting for a Bus to my destination and took a look at the Synagogue. My spirit was thoroughly disturbed looking at it. I was shocked! The Synagogue was built like a Haunted Castle very befitting for a Warlock! The fence was soooo high that you would need a plane or helicopter to see inside the Synagogue. The gates were so high. The windows were so small. In summary, it was deliberately built this way to hide what's going on there. I asked myself why a so called place of worship for Christians is built in such a way. My Spirit ever Since I knew this Man always told me that he was Occultic. And I was proven right. Also, looking at the way Tb Joshua's grave was designed, Freemasonry was written all over it.
