I am disturbed the way the western european countries including the United States are ganging up against Russia.

What Russia did was to basically secure their strategic national interest.

Ukraine fell foul of it and Russia had no other option to survive than to attack Ukraine to bring them back to their senses.

Russia has already declared their willingness to negotiate with Ukraine. This is the best time for Ukraine to define their relationship with Russia.
