They failed to sign the Minsk accord which was agreed with France, Germany and Russia to stop the donbas military crisis which they have with their Russian speaking population there but they won't for years.

Whether from Reuters or Vanguard, it is really silly to think Russia, in a critical situation such as this, would be reliant on google map to find their way around Ukraine? Haba, this is too childish. They don't even need google in the first place. They've got a good number of satelights orbiting the earth to provide all the GPS and navigational coordination they need.

These people think that Russia, a nation with close to $1 trillion in foreign reserves, a country that could afford to fire 27 Kasper cruise missiles into Syria from its submarines at a cost of $1m each, the first country to put a vehicle in space (Sputnik 1),, first country to launch a man in space (Yuri Gargarin), first country to launch a woman in space (Valentina Tereshkova), first country to land a vehicle on the moon, the first country to put a space station in orbit (Mir), first country to develop a nuclear submarine, etc etc, would have to rely on Google Maps for navigation.

The disrespect from these mainstream media is on another level. Do they think that Russia does not have spies and local collaborators all over Ukraine to gather intelligence on locations of critical military and civilian infrastructure?

Google map was never used in Russia as it is seen as an instrument of the West. They have their own map providers (Yandex) that provides this service across Russian, Ukraine and Other Countries in that region. Continue with your Propaganda.
