I still remember fashola and redeem Christian church saga on whether or either not a private citizen can go about road construction when they asked of a refund. How did the corper go about this, did he use the little he was supposed to establish himself and chase clout? Nigerians will quote same blockade constitution for you when the theifery hooks them.

seems u didn't do NYSC. Corpers mobilise funds for Community Development projects, not use their personal funds. Read the story very well before commenting. The house of reps member included the project as his constituency project.
