Av you seen the video sir, it's never spelt out as part of their rule of engagement that dancing is not allowed while they carry our their duties at thier post. They danced,,, fine and they still carry out their duties as it's expected so I see no negativity in thier acts, besides I only see 2 young guys whose enthusiasm have changed thier story forever whether you like it or not.

What does he mean by they are too young to be doing security job? People that are of their age or younger than them are doing the same job abroad where he is sending them to. And dont be surprised that they might end up doing the same job abroad even after schooling there.

A lot of you are getting it wrong. He said they are too young to be security personnel not that they did the right thing. Besides, he is trying to correct the root of the problem. A certified security personnel wont dance on duty but young boys who are trying to fend for themselves may at intervals get carried away while at work hence the sack!
